記錄自己完成什麼 – 為自己的年終考績與履歷加分
有效的記錄自己完成什麼,可以為自己的履歷與年終考績加分。
當然前提是自己持續不斷努力為基礎下,如何用更簡潔的文字說明自己的成就,就是這篇文章要討論的一些心得。
PAR
這裡要介紹的一個敘述方式就是PAR (Problem、Actions、Results)
也就是將每一個句子都包含這三部分
- Problem/Project: 什麼樣的問題、困難或是專案
- Actions: 自己採取什麼行動解決上述的困難、專案
- Results:最後的結果如何
把每一個履歷表上的描述都套用上述的方式完成。在每次的考績,也用這樣的方式描述自己在工作上的成就。
舉例來說:在一個缺乏制度的銷售團隊 (問題),藉由導入獎勵制度與提升士氣(行動),每季的銷售額提高30% (結果)。
如何撰寫PAR?
履歷表與考績,主要看的不外乎是自己重大的成就,可以從下列幾個方向思考起

在P2的部分可以從幾個方向思考:
- 定義問題與挑戰
- 中間的問題如何克服
- 結果為何,公司如何受益
- 使用怎樣的技能解決這個問題
可以利用下列的表格做整理
